Job Title: Accountant

Location: Jalandhar

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth accounting operations at our Jalandhar office.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting Operations, Record daily financial

transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and

payments accurately in accounting software
Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and

reconciliations
Process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers

Accounts Management & Reporting
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Compliance & Payroll
Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory

compliances
Assist with payroll processing and employee

reimbursements

Coordination & Documentation
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
Support management with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or a related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or QuickBooks & Visual catpro
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Valuable organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

What we offer:

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
