Job Title: Mother Teacher for Pre-Primary and Grade I & II

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day classroom activities for Pre-Primary students.
Create a warm, safe, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate teaching and learning activities.
Support children in developing basic language, numeracy, motor, social, and communication skills.
Conduct rhymes, storytelling, art & craft, music, games, and activity-based learning.
Maintain discipline through positive and child-friendly methods.
Take care of children's hygiene, safety, and basic needs during school hours.
Monitor each child's participation, behaviour, and overall development.
Maintain attendance and other required classroom records.
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding the child's progress and classroom activities.




Participate actively in celebrations, events, competitions, and other school programmes.
Ensure classroom materials, toys, and learning resources are properly maintained.
Attend staff meetings, training programmes, and career development sessions.
Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: PPTTC / D.Ed / B.Ed
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
