Job Description
Represent Company and explain our services and their perks to clients and stakeholders.
Understand and assess client requirements and offer them suitable solutions to meet their sustainability objectives.
Develop and execute business strategies to promote long-term relationship with client.
Interact with marketing team to convert business strategies into business
Travel across the sites/ region for developing for business and to complete the projects.
Create effective partnership for repeat clients and market penetration.
Mange the projects along with our internal technical teams for delivering the project milestones as per client requirements and timelines.
Maintain robust relationship with client and ensuring client satisfaction and identifying future prospects
Knowledge of Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operations of various Building types like commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Factories etc.
Should preferably be an IGBC AP/LEED AP/ GRIHA AP/ BEE Energy Auditor/ Manager or any associated Green/ Energy Credentials.
Knowledge of CAD and other Project Management Tools would be added advantage.
