Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT team. This is a full time, office-based role focused on B2B software subscription sales. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, client communication, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.

6 Months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or subscription-based sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective business clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software subscription solutions.
Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.




Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates with 6 Months–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or software subscription sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. (Bengali is an added advantage.)
Robust presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and solid customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
