Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, bought-out items, and fabricated components.
Perform in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
Check dimensions as per approved drawings and specifications.
Inspect laser-cut, CNC-bent, welded, and fabricated parts.
Identify defects such as incorrect dimensions, burrs, scratches, welding defects, deformation, and other quality issues.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Segregate rejected and non-conforming materials.
Report quality issues immediately to the Quality Engineer / Production team.
Ensure corrective action is taken for recurring quality problems.
Verify products before dispatch as per customer requirements.
Maintain traceability and proper identification of accepted and rejected material.




Follow approved quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Support internal audits and customer inspections when required.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the inspection area.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings.
Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
Ability to identify manufacturing defects.
Knowledge of quality inspection records and documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
