Graphic Designer

Competitive Cracker is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Kakkanad, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
Design posters, banners, brochures, marketing collaterals, and other promotional materials as required.
Develop creative content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
Maintain consistency in Competitive Cracker’s brand identity, visual style, and design standards across all creatives.
Edit, enhance, and retouch images and graphics to meet campaign and branding requirements.
Adapt designs according to different platform specifications, dimensions, and campaign requirements.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design,



digital marketing, and social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
Take creative initiative and contribute new ideas to improve the overall visual communication of the brand.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Graphic Design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Solid understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, composition, and design principles.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Positive communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
Portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
Kerala-based candidates preferred.
