We are hiring Telecallers for our team in Agra. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining services, maintaining records, and providing support to customers in a skilled manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain products and services to customers professionally
Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
Maintain call records and update customer details
Resolve basic customer queries and provide support
Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction
Confident and customer-friendly approach
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
