Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Inspect sheet metal and fabricated components as per drawings and quality standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T; basics.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify defects and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor process quality and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
Handle customer complaints and support corrective action reports when required.
Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, and other departments for quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and 5S practices

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
