Team Leader (TL)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Team Leader to supervise daily outlet operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience in F&B;, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the outlet.
Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve operational and sales targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Allocate duties and manage staff shifts effectively.
Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline of team members.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Ensure proper product presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales closing procedures.
Train and coach new and existing team members.




Coordinate with the Outlet Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in F&B;, QSR, hospitality, retail, or related industries.
Prior experience in a supervisory/team-handling role preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to manage a team and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems is preferred.
