Required Experience:

 12+ years of software engineering experience with substantial architect/technical

lead experience.

 Proven production experience with high-throughput / low-latency systems.

 Solid knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

 Experience with message queues or streaming platforms such as Kafka, IBM MQ,

RabbitMQ or equivalent.

 Strong AWS experience and knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS.

 Experience designing HA, horizontal scaling and fault-tolerant systems.

 Good understanding of distributed caching technologies such as Redis/ElastiCache.

 Robust backend development experience; Java/Spring Boot is preferred, though the

role is technology-stack agnostic.

 Proven production experience designing and scaling high-throughput,



low-latency

distributed systems where response time, sustained transaction volume and system

resilience are critical

 Strong understanding of application and cloud security.

 Robust written and spoken English.

 Ability to independently make and defend architecture decisions with senior

technical stakeholders.

 Experience with AI-assisted development and/or production AI/ML systems.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
