Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can identify the right business prospects, execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, and generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Apollo, LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp Marketing, and AI-powered tools for prospecting and outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant businesses and decision-makers.
Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, and other tools.
Run personalized cold email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Use AI tools to improve prospect research, personalization, and outreach efficiency.
Follow up systematically with prospects through multiple channels.
Qualify prospects based on their requirements, business profile, and potential.




Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead databases and outreach records.
Track responses, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, business development, or inside sales.
Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn prospecting.
Knowledge of cold email and WhatsApp Marketing.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to use AI tools for sales prospecting and outreach.
Solid follow-up and lead qualification skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
