Key Responsibilities:
Develop exact and detailed Landscape Layout Drawings (2D & 3D) using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications and design standards.
Create comprehensive hardscape and softscape layout plans, ensuring functional and aesthetic balance.
Revise, optimize, and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Horticulture Supervisor to finalize accurate plant allocation, species placement, and spacing strategy.
Ensure high-level design accuracy, proper scaling, technical detailing, and compliance with approved layouts.
Maintain systematic documentation of drawings, revisions, and version control for smooth project coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Strong command over AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting).
Knowledge of landscape layout planning preferred.
Positive understanding of scale, measurements, and site layout.
Attention to detail and strong technical drawing skills.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in drafting / layout design.
Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills and design interest may apply.

Pay: ₹12,200.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
