CRM Executive / Manager – GT | Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with distributors, dealers and key GT customers.
Coordinate order booking, dispatch, delivery and pending orders.
Track primary & secondary sales, target vs. achievement and distributor performance.
Monitor distributor stock, outstanding payments and collections.
Handle customer complaints, claims and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales & CRM MIS reports.
Maintain accurate customer/distributor data in ERP/CRM.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
Identify sales gaps and support the sales team in improving distributor performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–8 years in CRM / Sales Coordination / Distributor Management.
Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred.
Must have:



Strong GT & distributor management experience.
Positive understanding of primary & secondary sales.
Strong MS Excel, MIS and ERP/CRM skills.
Excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving ability.
Should be capable of handling multiple distributors and sales data independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
