Job Description — Staff Nurse (OPD & Daycare Medical Centre)

Position: Staff Nurse

Role Overview

We are seeking a competent, compassionate, and professionally adept Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care across outpatient and daycare services, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver proficient nursing care, including vital signs monitoring, triage, clinical assessment, and patient preparation.
Assist physicians during consultations, minor procedures, dressings, injections, IV therapy, and other daycare interventions.
Administer medications and treatments strictly in accordance with prescriptions, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous nursing records, treatment documentation, and patient files.
Ensure stringent adherence to infection prevention, biomedical-waste management, sterilisation, and clinical safety protocols.
Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly escalate any clinical deterioration or adverse events.
Maintain readiness, organisation, and appropriate inventory of clinical equipment and consumables.




Communicate courteously and effectively with patients and attendants, demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the OPD and daycare facility.

Eligibility & Competencies
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
Prior experience in OPD, clinic, hospital, or daycare settings preferred.
Sound clinical judgement, robust interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the wider clinical team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
