Job Responsibilities:
Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Carry and deliver guest luggage safely to and from rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities.
Assist guests with taxis, transportation, and other requests.
Receive and deliver guest messages, parcels, and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk.
Provide friendly, polite, and skilled service to guests.
Follow hotel safety and guest-service procedures.
Requirements:
Fresher can apply; hotel experience is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Basic English and Hindi/Punjabi communication.
Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
Well-groomed, polite, and helpful personality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
