We are looking for a confident and target-oriented BDE to generate leads, connect with potential clients, understand requirements, schedule meetings, follow up regularly, and convert leads into business. Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of recent leads generated.
Number of calls and client interactions.
Qualified leads generated.
Meetings/demos scheduled.
Follow-up completion.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Monthly sales/revenue achieved.
Customer relationship and retention.
Timely updating of CRM/lead management records.
Pay: ₹14,349.36 - ₹35,085.10 per month
