We are looking for a Telecaller to support our recruitment and listener onboarding process. The role mainly involves speaking with candidates, explaining the prospect, conducting initial screening, and maintaining candidate records.
Responsibilities
Call candidates from provided leads/CVs.
Explain the job role and work process.
Conduct initial screening over the phone.
Check communication skills and basic suitability.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Maintain and update the recruitment sheet.
Coordinate with the team for the next stage of onboarding.
Requirements
Good communication skills are the main requirement.
Comfortable speaking with new people over calls.
Hindi + valuable English communication.
Freshers are welcome.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Salary: ₹15,000/month
