Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Handling follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
Supporting the HR team in recruitment-related activities.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience: 2–6 years in recruitment, preferably from Real Estate / Construction industry.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
