Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor / Voice Process Executive to guide students and about Overseas education and global opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students
Explain course details, career opportunities, and fee structure
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrolments
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in education/EdTech counselling
Solid communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and confident in voice process handling
Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
