Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in an automobile showroom or dealership. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, sales, purchase transactions, banking, inventory accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts and conduct regular reconciliations.
Handle bank reconciliation, cash transactions, and daily collection reports.
Coordinate with the sales, service, spare parts, and administration teams.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Monitor outstanding customer and vendor balances.
Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.




Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation by supporting management with financial analysis and other accounting requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience; automobile dealership/showroom experience will be advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
