Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Manage customer relationships through digital channels.
Assist customers with banking/product-related information.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure a smooth and skilled customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil.
Basic computer and digital communication skills.
Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
