Designation- Performance Marketing Manager
Experience- 3 to 6 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Drive external traffic to marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.) through paid digital marketing.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other performance channels.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS, sales, and profitability.
Improve marketplace visibility, conversions, and organic rankings through external traffic initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Marketplace, Brand, and Creative teams for campaign planning and execution.
Support recent product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
Track key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, TACOS, and incremental sales.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
