10 to 12 years experience needed as General Manager
Manage the overall factory operations and ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Lead and coordinate Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, HR, Administration, Planning.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
Monitor production planning, manpower, raw materials, inventory, equipment, and plant performance.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Review departmental KPIs and ensure timely achievement of operational objectives.
Lead and motivate department heads and factory employees.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction,



and operational excellence.
Coordinate with senior management on budgets, business plans, plant performance, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure effective preventive maintenance and maximum availability of plant and machinery.
Identify operational challenges and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
Build a culture of safety, quality, discipline, accountability, and performance.
