Warehouse Operations

· Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

· Ensure all customer orders are processed within defined turnaround time (TAT) and SLA.

· Monitor shift performance and ensure smooth operational flow.

· Coordinate replenishment activities to maintain stock availability.

· Manage dock operations for inbound and outbound shipments.

Team Management

· Lead and supervise warehouse associates and shift staff.

· Allocate manpower based on workload and operational priorities.

· Conduct daily shift briefings and monitor attendance.

· Train recent employees on warehouse SOPs and safety practices.

· Drive employee productivity and engagement.

Inventory Management

· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

· Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.





· Monitor damaged and expired inventory.

Order Fulfillment

· Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

· Monitor pick rates, pack rates, and dispatch timelines.

· Minimize order errors, shortages, and customer complaints.

Process & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse standards.

· Maintain 5S and housekeeping across the facility.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security guidelines.

· Support internal and external audits.

Performance Monitoring

· Track daily operational KPIs and prepare shift reports.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

· Coordinate with transportation, procurement, inventory, and customer service teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
