We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and sales performance in our Textile Showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day showroom floor operations, cash register operations, and visual displays.
Manage stock intake, inventory auditing, fabric damage control, and fabric replenishment.
Lead, schedule, and train floor sales executives and section leads.
Drive monthly showroom sales targets and handle customer escalations.
Requirements:
Proven 3–5 years of store management experience in a Textile, Saree, Fabric, or Apparel Showroom.
Solid knowledge of fabric types, stock handling, and showroom leadership.
