About the Role
We are looking for a CA to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founders across finance, compliance, operations, legal and business strategy.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is smart, curious, organised and comfortable with ambiguity. You will get a front-row seat to how a startup is built and work across functions rather than in a narrow role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage finance, MIS, reporting and cash-flow tracking
Manage employee payroll and related documentation
Handle and coordinate statutory filings, payments and compliance requirements
Coordinate with external accountants, consultants and legal advisors
Support contracts, agreements and legal documentation
Work on operational and business problems and drive them to resolution
Support client conversations,
business initiatives and founder-led projects
Build SOPs, processes and internal systems
Identify prospects to use AI and automation to improve internal processes
Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for the founders
Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects
What We’re Looking For
CA with 1+ year of post-qualification experience
Strong finance, accounting and compliance fundamentals
Understanding of payroll and statutory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Positive communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
High ownership and ability to work independently
Curious, proactive and comfortable in a rapid-moving startup environment
Interest in AI, technology and startups
