Job Description:

The resource will be responsible for Project management of PEB & build projects.
Manage Construction with experience in PEB(Pre-Engineered Buildings).
Stakeholder management.
Project documentation.
Health & Safety management on site.
Quality control & Quality assurance on site

Objectives of this role
Planning, coordinating & managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & closeout.
Creating a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) by measuring exact material, labor & plant requirements from design drawings. Do baseline budgets, manage tenders & track variations during execution.
Establishing project objectives, scope & deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders & ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Developing & managing project schedules, budgets & resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency & timely delivery.




Liaising with architects & engineers to monitor construction progress, resolve issues & ensure compliance with specifications & quality standards.
Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks & ensure compliance with safety protocols & regulatory requirements.
Maintain effective communication with project team members & stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns & foster solid working relationships.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
15+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
