We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and qualified Front Desk Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
Handle phone calls, reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
Use hotel management software to update bookings and guest records
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Process payments and handle billing accurately
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Requirements:
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English




Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hotel software such as Ezee Absolute, Cloudbeds, or similar systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a hotel front office or receptionist role preferred
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
