Business Development & Sales Manager (Hunter Role)

Job Description

Role Overview

The position focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client

relationships, and achieving sales targets, specifically targeting Architects, Interior

Designers, and large strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, map, and pursue new prospects.

● Build and maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and

guidance.

● Share details with the sales coordinator for proposal preparation.

● Coordinate effectively with the internal team.

● Grow revenue from both current and existing clients.

● Collaborate with the backend team to ensure a smooth customer journey (lead

to execution).





● Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.

● 2–5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry (paints, lighting, veneers,

sanitary, etc.) with architects and interior designers.

● Excellent sales and customer service skills.

● Robust English communication (verbal & written).

● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales software.

● Valuable negotiation and problem-solving skills.

● Must have your own conveyance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
