Prepare 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
Create detailed models for PEB, structural steel and modular steel buildings.
Prepare fabrication drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings and erection drawings.
Develop accurate connection details, BOM/MTO and material take-offs.
Work on columns, beams, rafters, bracings, purlins, girts and other steel components.
Understand and interpret structural drawings, design drawings and architectural drawings.
Apply appropriate bolted and welded connections as per project requirements.
Coordinate with structural engineers, design teams, fabrication and production teams.
Check models and drawings for dimensions, quantities, clashes and constructability.
Make revisions based on engineering/design comments.
Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and client requirements.
Coordinate with fabrication teams to resolve detailing-related issues.
