We are looking for a agile and technically sound hydraulics sales engineer to drive business growth and manage customer relationships in the hydraulic industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing application-based hydraulic solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business prospects and develop industrial/OEM customers
Promote and sell hydraulic products and solutions
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
Prepare quotations and techno-commercial offers, and negotiate orders
Handle enquiries about the order closure process
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and support
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Track market trends and competitor activities
Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems, Pumps, Motors, valves, and Power Packs

Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical
Diploma Mechanical (preferred for experienced candidates)
