Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.




Support HR activities and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
