JOB DESCRIPTION – MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Designation: Maintenance Technician / Electrician / Fitter
Reports To: Maintenance Head / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair machines and equipment.
Attend machine breakdowns and reduce downtime.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
Check electrical panels, motors, wiring, sensors, and other equipment.
Handle basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
Support machine installation and shifting work when required.
Coordinate with the Production Department for maintenance activities.
Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.




Report major breakdowns and maintenance requirements to the senior.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
Basic knowledge of industrial machine maintenance.
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Skills
Positive troubleshooting skills.
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Responsible and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
