Operations Executive (Japanese Speaking)Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive with Japanese language skills to support day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams and Japanese-speaking stakeholders, and help ensure smooth execution of operational processes. You will handle inquiries, track progress against schedules, and assist with operational reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities across teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients/partners/stakeholders via email, chat, and meetings (Japanese and/or English as needed).
Translate and/or draft operational documents, SOPs, and routine correspondence (Japanese required).
Monitor task status, follow up on open items, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of requests, updates, and operational metrics in company tools/systems.
Support process improvement initiatives (documentation updates, workflow optimization, quality checks).
Assist with onboarding/training of internal stakeholders on operational processes.




Help prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance and bottlenecks.

Requirements
Japanese language proficiency:
Fluent business communication preferred (e.g., JLPT or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and qualified writing in Japanese (and English if required).
1+ years of experience in operations, coordination, customer support, or administrative roles (preferred).
Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and common office software.
Experience working with cross-cultural teams is a plus.
Willingness to learn internal processes and maintain documentation.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience supporting customers/clients in Japan or with Japanese organizations.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, back-office operations, or customer operations.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
