Ensure SLA Compliance @ 95% Carry out RCA For P1 Incidents are recorded and documented.
Ensure 100% compliance to Change Management Process.
Ensure vendors deliver work contracted with zero variance of cost and andlt; 2% schedule variance.
Ensure OLAs are in place with internal stakeholders/support SMEs and SLAs are in place with service partners to deliver agreed SLAs.
Identify to Business Improvement initiatives through problem Management to prevent common SRs/Incidents .
Identify to Business Improvement initiatives in line with business needs and develop plan to deliver.
