Key Responsibilities:
Conduct RSGK multi-sport sessions for children aged 1.5–7 years.
Introduce children to all 13 sports in a structured, playful and secure environment.
Develop basic motor skills, coordination, balance, and body awareness in kids.
Ensure session discipline while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere.
Communicate with parents regarding progress, sessions and engagement.
Maintain session equipment, safety and class flow.
Build robust rapport with kids, keeping classes enjoyable and energetic.
Candidate Requirements:
Sports background (any sport accepted).
Must be patient, calm, energetic and child-friendly.
Valuable communication and soft behaviour with children.
Should be willing to train and adapt to RSGK methodologies.
Passion for working with young kids is a must.
Prior coaching/teaching experience is a plus, not mandatory.
