Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for raw materials, packaging, and operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, quality control, and on-time supply through robust vendor management and planning.

Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Plan material requirements based on production and inventory levels.
Maintain reorder levels and prevent stockouts.
Coordinate with QA/QC for quality checks and documentation (COA, MSDS, etc.).




Track market rates and suggest cost optimization opportunities.
Prepare monthly purchase and vendor performance reports.
Work with Accounts for GRN, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Implement digital tracking systems (Excel/ERP/Zoho).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of procurement experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or manufacturing.
Robust negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and purchase management tools.
Experience in packaging and raw material sourcing preferred.
