We are a growing solar energy company specializing in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Solar Solutions. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
Meet Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers.
Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
Follow up on quotations and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
