Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other sources.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM/ERP.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
Comfortable making client calls and conducting meetings.
Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP and MS Excel.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
