Greet and assist guests courteously throughout their cinema experience.
Check tickets and provide ushering support to customers.
Guide customers to screens, seats, and other cinema facilities.
Handle food and beverage counter operations efficiently.
Take customer orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
Follow all safety, security, and operational standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
Ensure proper display and availability of products at the F&B; counter.
Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special shows.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth cinema operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
