Key Responsibilities:
Mark daily attendance of drivers and helpers.
Assign wards/areas and manage daily manpower deployment.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Coordinate and support smooth field operations.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 5–7 years in Operations, Manpower Management, or Field Operations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
Experience in manpower handling is mandatory.
Responsible, punctual, and able to manage field teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
