To generate recent business, develop existing customer relationships, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into orders of Aluminium Scaffoldings

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and business opportunities through field visits and market development.
Visit customers, understand their requirements, and promote Aluminium Scaffolding products.
Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for timely order execution and delivery.
Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Monitor market and competitor activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in building material, construction, scaffolding, industrial products, or similar B2B sales will be preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
