Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical documents.
Familiarity with structural fabrication, piping, or heavy engineering work.
Knowledge of welding procedures, material handling, and shop-floor operations.
Understanding of quality standards and inspection requirements.
Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting.
Familiarity with fabrication machinery and tools.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication activities including cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, and assembly operations.
Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for smooth fabrication operations.
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, planning, stores, and project teams.




Monitor fabrication progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Ensure proper utilization of machinery, tools, and fabrication resources.
Conduct inspection of fabrication work to minimize rework and quality issues.
Maintain production reports, fabrication records, and daily activity logs.
Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
Resolve shop-floor operational and technical issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline within the fabrication area.
Support audits, inspections, and project review meetings.
Train and guide welders, fitters, and fabrication workers on operational standards

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
