Position: Operations Manager
Location: Office-Based

Purpose: Keep 50+ vehicles running, compliant, and cost-effective.

Core responsibilities
Daily vehicle allocation and trip execution
GPS monitoring — routes, idling, halts, over-speeding
Preventive maintenance + breakdown control; minimise VOR days
Diesel/mileage tracking, pilferage control, FASTag and toll spend
Bilty/LR, e-way bill, weighment slips, POD closure
Statutory renewals — RC, insurance, fitness, permit, PUC (zero lapses)
Driver hiring, rostering, discipline, safety briefings
Accident handling and insurance claims
Workshop, spares inventory and vendor rate management

Requirements
5–8 yrs commercial fleet experience (mining/bulk/logistics)
HCV mechanical knowledge — engine, transmission, hydraulics, tyres
CMVR, permits, e-way bill working knowledge
GPS/FMS, Excel/Sheets, digital bilty systems
Site travel + on-call availability
