We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support a smooth employee experience at Jain Machine Tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related queries
Implement HR policies, processes and company discipline
Support performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with different departments for manpower and HR requirements
Handle day-to-day HR administration and compliance-related documentation
Key Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust follow-up and coordination abilities
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR processes
Ability to handle confidential employee information
Practical, organised and proactive approach
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing/engineering or a similar SME environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
