Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Mixologist / Bar Executive / Assistant Manager to manage bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
Ensure smooth daily bar operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Monitor bar inventory and minimize wastage.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
Train and support bar staff when required.
Promote upselling of beverages and signature drinks.

Requirements




Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
3–6 years of experience in bar operations or mixology.
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends.
