Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Executive who can manage client relationships along with accounting and financial responsibilities. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, reporting, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients.
Handle client communication, queries, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, expense, invoice, and payment records.
Handle GST filing and related compliance.
Prepare and file TDS returns.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliation.
Prepare MIS, financial, sales, purchase, and expense reports.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for timely collection.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments,



and account-related matters.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and client documentation.
Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling.
Ensure timely resolution of client and account-related issues.
Maintain records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Invoicing, and Payments.
Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualification

Any Graduate, preferably B.Com/M.Com or MBA Finance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
