Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or floor management role.
Experience in the jewellery, luxury retail, or premium retail industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and precious metals.
Team leadership and performance management.
Sales planning and target achievement.
Inventory and stock management.
Conflict resolution and customer relationship management.
Skilled appearance and presentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
