Job Overview

V Support Solutions is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for a client organisation in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing activities, paid advertising campaigns, performance analysis, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and internal dashboards.
Manage UTM tracking and marketing data using spreadsheets.
Support customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies and internal content, design, and operations teams.
Identify prospects to improve digital campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements




2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Robust working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Practical knowledge of GA4, Shopify, UTM tracking, and spreadsheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
D2C or e-commerce experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
Beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands
Shopify-based e-commerce
UGC or influencer marketing
CRM and customer retention
Landing-page and conversion optimisation

Education

A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
