Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience who can lead marketing initiatives, develop solid digital strategies, and manage both online campaigns and team execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of strategic planning as well as hands-on execution, with robust expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and online growth.
Act as an SEO Strategist, planning and implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Plan and execute social media strategies, including content direction, audience growth, and campaign performance analysis.
Oversee website strategy, optimization, and management, ensuring proper performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Lead and guide the digital marketing team, including coordination with designers, developers, and content creators.
Work closely with the technical and development teams to implement marketing integrations,



website updates, and analytics tracking.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
Be capable of executing marketing tasks independently when required.
Be willing to visit the field, meet partners/clients, and represent the company when needed.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in SEO strategy and execution.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms.
Experience in website strategy, management, and optimization.
Understanding of digital analytics tools, campaign tracking, and performance metrics.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Willingness to work both in-office and on-field when required.
